At Lister’s Pathway to Purpose, we provide safe, structured transitional housing for individuals rebuilding their lives after incarceration and young adults aging out of foster care.

Our goal is to create an environment where every resident has the opportunity to heal, grow, and prepare for long-term independence through mentorship, accountability, and life-skills development.

Who We Serve

We currently serve:

  • Young adults aging out of foster care

  • Individuals returning from incarceration

  • Adults committed to rebuilding their lives

  • Individuals seeking stability and long-term independence

What Residents Receive

Our transitional housing program is designed to meet residents where they are and provide the resources they need to move forward. Every resident has access to supportive services that encourage personal growth, stability, and long-term independence.

  • Participate in required programming
